Finance Manager

Position OverviewRittal Vietnam is seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to lead, plan, organize and direct the daily activities of finance and accounting and other duties as assigned. The successful candidate will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, inventory and expense control, and process optimization - supported by the upcoming implementation of FAST, the leading local ERP system.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management • Manage P&L, Balance sheet and cash flow, • Variance analysis and interpretation • Working capital and bank reconciliation • Timely preparation of monthly reporting package (P&L, Balance sheet, Investments, …) • Preparation of the statutory annual accounts in accordance to local and group accounting standards • Coordination and organization of the company’s budget and forecast processes • Calculation of large orders • Ensure timely collection of receivables • Cost optimization • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, statutory audits, and internal controls • Work closely with the Regional Finance Controller in Singapore and with Controlling department in Germany • Provide financial insights to support business decisions and commercial strategyOperational Oversight • Supervise and support the back-office team (1 Accountant + 1 Inside Sales staff) • Oversee inventory control, stock accuracy, and minimize obsolete inventory • Drive inventory optimization to maximize sales opportunities while avoiding overstock and excessive holding costs • Implement and enforce cost control, cost discipline, and expense approval processes • Support ERP implementation (FAST), ensuring smooth adoption and long-term process efficiencyLeadership & Collaboration • Act as a strong business partner to the Managing Director and senior team. • Uphold accountability and challenge non-compliant behaviours constructively. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Service, HR and Supply Chain teams. • Support and ensure HR Management and Administration in coordination with the HRBP, ASEAN & AP. • Promote discipline, structure, and operational clarity within the local organization. • Oversee all audit and internal control operations • Report to and work closely with the Regional Finance Controller in Singapore and with HQ in Germany.
