SCOPE OF POSITION
- Support management to build/manage/control payment process/procedure accurately, stringently and timely. Assist to provide management with accurate and complete insurance issues; financial information including budget variance reports, cash flows, financial analyses, projections, statistical and other management reports.
- Responsibility for tasks related to insurances of company, includes Properties All Risks, Business Interruptions, Commercial General Liability, Commercial Crime, Cyber Insurance, Vehicle, Cash on hand and at Cage, Inventories, Construction, etc
- Proceed internal daily, weekly, monthly financial report for company.
- Support monitor and evaluate monthly results of financial objectives.
- Prepare & support the payment process.
- Assist conducting continuous evaluation of the financial and business performance of company.
- Support developing and maintaining monthly operational analysis reports supporting the lines of business.
- Provides support to the implementation of key programs, systems, and processes through analysis and research.
- Support analysis and reporting to support management in the decision-making process, operationally and/or financially.
- Prepare ad hoc and recurring reports, graphs, and metrics, identify areas for improvement if requested.
- Further related tasks assigned by Line Manager/the Company management if any.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial reporting, insurance management, or related financial analysis roles.
- Strong understanding of various insurance types.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis, with experience in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data to support decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with financial management software.
