Front-end Engineer Lead (ReactJS/ NextJS)

Our main requirements:  8+ years in web development; 5+ years in frontend engineering. 3+ years experience in React.js and Next.js in production systems. Strong skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS. Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CircleCI) and AWS-based infrastructure. Proven experience in setting frontend technical standards and mentoring engineers. Fluent English communication skills (TOEIC 750+ or equivalent required or tested during selection). Nice to have:  Experience leading frontend in a B2B SaaS context. Strong understanding of web security, performance optimization, and design systems. Familiarity with GraphQL, Playwright, Storybook, and Node.js build tools (e.g., Babel, webpack).
