- Responsible to monitor the global Front Office operation.- Further in charge of the training program.- Responsible for the guest’s satisfaction in accordance with the Hotel’s philosophy.- To achieve a high level of guest’s satisfaction by maintaining consistency and efficiency in service and politeness among the members of the staff- To control the Front Office expenses to a minimum level and to maximize the revenue through room and outlet sales.- Monthly reporting on departmental revenue and expenses. Responsible for controlling of all confidential and financially related information of Front Office.- Security & Confidentiality: Handle highly confidential financial, employee, corporate data, legal and tax information on a daily basis. - Make reports to the General Manager and to the Head Office

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience as Assistant Front Office Manager or Front Office Manager in a 4- or 5-star hotel/resort.- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and crisis management skills.- Fluency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.- Proficient in hotel management software systems (such as Opera, Fidelio, or equivalent).- Professional appearance, agile demeanor, friendly attitude, and outstanding customer service skills.
