- To ensure all guest’s arrivals are welcomed & guest’s departures are bided farewell with hospitality atmosphere.
- Handle all complaints promptly with good attitude, then report to Duty Manager for all difficult cases.
- Frequently check guest’s satisfaction during their stay or upon departure. Always offer further actions if there are minus points affecting to their satisfaction
- Involve to carry out guest’s survey programs to collect as many feedbacks / comments as possible which is by either comment cards or online.
- Be knowledgeable & well-trained about all Accor’s loyalty programs
- Assist Front Office Manager in all departmental related matters & to be in charge of the department’s operations in Duty Manager’s absence.
- To be responsible & involve the team members in all promotional programs to maximize hotel revenues: Breakfast, happy hours, special of the day
- Involve daily/weekly/monthly training: establish training need, make training plan & manage scheduled training
- Ensure the group brand standards are followed and Enforce the SOPs’ implementation
- Ensure guest & employee safety, control hotel access (lobby entrance), elevator operation, react & report all incidents / accidents
- Coordinate with HK department to ensure all assigned rooms are ready for on-date arrivals, VIP amenities for VIPs
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or related areas;
2. Strong user knowledge of PMS and Microsoft Office tools;
3. Strong background in hotel operations;
4. 02 years of experiences in supervisory levels in the international brand(s)
