Key Ingredients for SuccessBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Development or related fields.Must-have:At least 4 years of experience in HTML/CSS/JavaScript and mainstream front-end technology stacks, such as React, ES6, TypeScript, NPM/Yarn, Webpack, Redux in both browser and mobile platforms.Strong understanding of HTTP(S) and related protocols.Well-informed on current trends and developments in the technology industry.At least upper-intermediate English communication is a must.Strong collaboration and communication skills.Extensive front-end experience leading or independently delivering large-scale modules or systems, strong architecture expertise required for the Senior level.Nice-to-have:Experienced in NodeJS or other back-end development.Hands-on experience in mini-programs/Flutter/React Native.Strong curiosity about cutting-edge technologies (AI/Web 3).Experience in international projects or contributions to open-source communities.
