Key ContributionsPrimarily responsible for the front-end research and development of products, including the design, implementation, and optimization of user interfaces.Drive technical decisions, review code, and promote best practices in development and architecture.Utilize relevant tools and platforms to address user experience challenges, integrate complex business logic, and deliver business solutions efficiently.Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs, define technical requirements, and contribute to system architecture design and development.Conduct research on emerging technologies and evaluate leading industry products to drive continuous improvement in user experience and overall product quality.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.Lead big projects from end-to-end and mentor/guide team members in.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Development or related fields.Must-have:Hands-on experience in Front-end development, proficient in Reactjs and React Native related stacks:At least 4 years of experience: Middle levelAt least 6 years of experience: Senior levelAt least 9 years of experience: Lead levelAt least 3 years of experience leading projects with a team of 4+ members for the Lead level. Open-minded leader with strong communication and listening skills.Well-informed on current trends and developments in the technology industry.Good English communication is mandatory.Strong collaboration and communication skills.Extensive front-end experience leading or independently delivering large-scale modules or systems, and strong architecture expertise.Nice-to-have:Experienced in NodeJS or other back-end development.Hands-on experience in mini-programs.Experience in international projects or contributions to open-source communities.
