Full-Stack Developer [HCM/HN]

Learn more about us: https://www.namitech.ioResponsibilities Lead the design and implementation of scalable full-stack applications using React, Next.js, and Node.js/Python. Architect and set up foundational frameworks for new projects, ensuring best practices in code quality, performance, and security. Collaborate with Team Leaders, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and mentor junior developers. Thrive in high-pressure environments, demonstrating autonomy and ownership of deliverables. RequirementsTechnical Skills Expertise in React.js and Next.js, with a proven track record of deploying production-grade applications. Strong back-end development experience (Node.js, Python is a big plus). Familiarity with databases (MongoDB, Firebase) and RESTful API design. Proficiency in modern front-end tools (JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, TailwindCSS, Ant Design). Experience with state management libraries (Redux, React Context, Recoil). Soft Skills Ability to work independently and lead projects in a fast-paced startup environment. Comfortable with ambiguity and high-pressure deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. Good English reading skills (written communication is a plus). Preferred Background Prior experience in startups or scaling early-stage products. Willingness to learn/expand Python skills for AI/backend tasks.
