Full-stack Engineer (ReactJS, NodeJS)

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:  Self-motivation and commitment  Good responsibility and accountability  Good Communication in English and interpersonal Skills  DESCRIPTION We are looking for a skilled Senior Full-stack Developer with strong expertise in ReactJS (70%) and solid experience in NodeJS (30%) to join our dynamic development team. You will play a key role in building and optimizing high-performance web applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Front-end Development (ReactJS Focus):  Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, reusable React components.  Develop and maintain responsive web applications using ReactJS, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).  Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.  Work with RESTful APIs, WebSocket for real-time features, and state management solutions.  Write unit tests to ensure code reliability (experience with testing frameworks is a plus).  Back-end Development (NodeJS):  Design and implement scalable backend services using NodeJS. Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.  Work with databases (MySQL, MongoDB) and optimize queries.  Debug and troubleshoot backend issues to improve performance.
