Game Developer

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience. With 3+ years of proven experience in game or app development, a portfolio demonstrating interactive and entertainment-oriented projects (not limited to games). In-depth knowledge in at least one of the following: Unity or Unreal Engine. Strong understanding of server-client architecture and optimization for multiplayer or interactive environments. Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset. Strong communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-based setting. A passion for creating entertainment experiences that push the boundaries of virtual interaction. Preferred qualifications:Experience integrating User Generated Content (UGC) into virtual experiences. Knowledge of monetization strategies within Roblox, including virtual economies and marketplace features. Active participation in the Roblox developer community or forums. Familiarity with crafting non-game interactive experiences (e.g., virtual concerts, social hubs, or educational simulations). Proficiency in Lua scripting and Roblox Studio is a plus.
