Mô Tả Công Việc
- Process and record financial transactions in the general ledger with precision and accuracy.
- Perform accounts receivable and income auditor functions, including invoice processing and payment reconciliation.
- Monitor and control accounts receivable balances to ensure timely collections and prevent overdue aging.
- Enhance daily revenue audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of all income streams.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Enter and verify financial data into accounting software systems while maintaining data integrity.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Prepare and organize supporting documentation for financial records and audits.
- Track and categorize business expenses in accordance with company policies and Vietnamese accounting regulations.
- Generate financial reports and statements as requested by management.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and records.
- Support the accounting team with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Relevant educational background, vocational training, academic degree, or professional
- qualification applicable to the position and commensurate with the position level
- Relevant experience in a similar position and/or within a similar scale of operation, commensurate
- with the position level.
- Good knowledge of relevant SOPs, operational standards, health & safety requirements, and
- workplace regulations.
- Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
- Strong commitment to service excellence and professional standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Relevant professional certifications and English proficiency are advantages, depending on the
- position.
