Mô Tả Công Việc
- Assist the Director of Finance in the training of Finance department associates.
- Interact with department and hotel staff in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two ways communication.
- Co-ordinate the preparation of accurate hotel monthly profit & loss account and balance sheet in compliance Marriott reporting timetable and submit to Director of Finance for review.
- Prepare and review all month end journals, month end reports with appropriate supporting documentation for Director of Finance approval.
- Oversee the Accounts Payable function to ensure payments are processed in a timely manner and expenses are appropriately approved and coded accurately.
- Co-ordinate the preparation any required tax documentation relating to business taxes, foreign currency payments, withholding taxes and income taxes and ensure all reports are completed as per required deadlines.
- Keep the book of FF&E fund and ensure comply with Management Contract.
- Assist in monitoring the Hotel's compliance with Marriott Financial/Marriott Policies & Procedures and to implement new Policies & Procedures where necessary.
- Tracking and handling all claim from Insurance and update to Director of Finance monthly basic.
- Accommodate any internal, external, or statutory audit requests as directed by the Director of Finance.
- Complete any other projects, tasks or activities as assigned from time to time.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- BA (Finance/Accounting) Degree.
- Finance & Accounting education.
- Minimum of three years of experience required.
- Good English verbal and written skills.
