1. Proficiency in the following aspects of restaurant functions: food planning and preparation, purchasing, cleaning, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, record keeping, and report preparation.
2. Self-discipline, initiative, leadership, and extroversion.
3. Pleasant style, politeness and neat and clean appearance.
4. Ability to motivate employees to work in teams to ensure that food and service meet appropriate standards.
5. Must be able to handle the pressure of coordinating a series of activities simultaneously and proposing appropriate solutions to restaurant problems.
6. Must have good communication skills with English proficiency
7. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks such as food, beverages, and labor costs while maintaining the required operational standards in daily restaurant operations.
8. Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Photoshop).

1. Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable hospitality school or equivalent
2. Minimum 3-year-experiences at equivalent position
3. High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of FB operations and business acumen
4. Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
5. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
