Global Sales Senior (Fashion Industry)

A. Job Purpose:The Global Sales Senior is responsible for developing and executing international sales strategies to expand the company’s global footprint, drive revenue growth, and build long-term partnerships across key international markets.B. Key Responsibilities:1. Strategy & Planning:• Develop and implement global sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.• Conduct market analysis to identify and prioritize target regions or countries.2. Market Development:• Identify and acquire new international clients and partners.• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in global markets.3. Team & Performance Management:• Lead and manage international sales teams or distribution partners.• Ensure achievement of revenue targets, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.4. Operations & Coordination:• Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, Logistics, Legal, Product, etc.) to support international business activities.• Oversee contract negotiations, order fulfillment, and international payment collection.5. Customer Relationship Management:• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with global clients.• Handle escalations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction across regions.
