JOB PURPOSEThe Global TA Leader is responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top global talent. This role focuses on two primary functions: Recruitment and Employer Branding, ensuring AWING is positioned as an employer of choice. The Global TA Leader will collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance the hiring process, optimize candidate experience, and strengthen the company’s global talent pipeline.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Lead Global Talent Acquisition- Develop and implement a global recruitment strategy, aligning hiring initiatives with business goals and talent needs across key markets (Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan).- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding top talent.- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role expectations and ensure a strategic hiring approach.- Serve as a trusted talent advisor, providing insights on candidate selection and hiring trends.- Utilize HR analytics and workforce planning to optimize recruitment efforts and improve hiring - Enhance the candidate experience by leveraging technology-driven hiring solutions and best-in-class hiring practices.2. Lead Employer Branding initiatives- Design and execute an employer branding strategy to strengthen AWING’s global talent presence.- Lead employee advocacy programs, fostering internal engagement and talent attraction through storytelling and brand ambassadorship.- Represent AWING at industry events, recruitment fairs, and professional networking forums to expand our employer brand presence.- Manage AWING’s career platforms, social media presence, and job portals to enhance brand visibility.- Work collaboratively with Marketing teams to create compelling employer brand content and recruitment campaigns.- Measure and track employer branding effectiveness, including application rates, talent engagement, and brand perception.3. Lead and mentor the TA team to enhance performance and effectiveness.4. Other tasks in HR department.

JOB REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.- 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition at an MNC (Multinational Company), preferably within Tech, Services, or related industries.- Proven expertise in Employer Branding, with experience leading global branding projects.- Strong ability to assess and verify candidate potential using behavioral interviews, competency-based models, tests, and surveys.- 3+ years of experience leading and coaching a team of 5+ recruiters.- Ability to align hiring strategies with long-term business growth and workforce planning.- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.- Experience in multi-channel recruitment marketing, leveraging social media, events, and digital hiring tools.- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability, with the ability to introduce innovative talent acquisition solutions.- International hiring experience, with knowledge of global talent landscapes.- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.JOB BENEFITS- Competitive salary package: $1,200 – $1,600 Gross/month- 13th-month salary and annual performance bonus- Company incentive bonuses based on business performance- Quarterly team-building activities and yearly company trips- Flexible working conditions with hybrid work options- Opportunities for international networking and career growthWho We AreAWING is the world’s first mobile location-based media platform (mLBM)—a pioneering advertising network that transforms free Wi-Fi into a high-impact media channel.We offer a win-win model where advertisers reach engaged users in public Wi-Fi environments, while Wi-Fi owners generate revenue to enhance their networks.
