- Creates, develops and implements design standards and policies that fit Shilla Monogram brand
- Designs brand initiatives, individual products, and space (in-room design, amenities, bedding, candles, etc.)
- Ensure that external design sourcing vendors and developers follow brand design
- Check all design elements in use

- Required Skills
- Communication skill (negotiation / presentation / speech / listening): Professional entry level
- Ability to use computer programs (photoshop, illustrator, quark, Xpress, etc.): Semi-professional level
- Knowledge about hotel, duty-free, leisure service-related product characteristic: Basic Knowledge and Practical Application
- Design knowledge and skills: Semi-professional level
- Foreign Language (ENG): Casual expression
