Main responsibilities:
- Supervise kitchen operations, ensuring all dishes meet Halal standards.
- Create menus that cater to Muslim guests and dietary requirements.
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure high standards of quality and compliance with Halal regulations.
- Oversee ingredient management, ensuring all products meet Halal standards, and manage inventory.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene in line with international and Islamic regulations.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Main requirements:
- Halal certification with at least 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar/ higher position.
- Solid knowledge in Halal menu design.
- Strong leadership skills, the ability to train staff, and a solid understanding of Halal standards.
- Experience in 5-star hotels, resorts, or fine dining preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to perform under pressure.
- Prefer to have working experience in CIS/GCC countries.
