Mô Tả Công Việc
- Lead and supervise the Fixed Assets Accounting team in managing asset acquisitions and related documentation.
- Monitor and control documentation for capital projects (Construction in Progress – CIP).
- Review and ensure the accuracy of fixed asset records, project documentation, and accounting entries.
- Oversee the accounting of Fixed Assets (FA) and Tools & Equipment (T&E).
- Review and reconcile payables related to capital expenditures, fixed asset purchases, and T&E procurement.
- Review monthly depreciation schedules and annual fixed asset reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies on asset capitalization, allocation, depreciation, and documentation.
- Monitor asset losses and work with relevant departments to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Coach and develop team members to ensure operational excellence.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in Fixed Assets Accounting; team leadership experience is an advantage.
- Experience with ERP systems and/or fixed asset management software.
- Strong leadership, planning, and team management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, results-driven, and demonstrates a can-do attitude.
