Digiworld is looking for a young, dynamic male graduate to work with us as an Events & Promotion Intern. During the 4-month period, you will have chances to explore different regions in Vietnam by going on various business trips. Also, you will be trained to do following tasks:
1. Events and promotion campaigns planning – 20%:
- Create plans for events/promotion campaigns according to brand's guide line, target customer and budget
2. Events and promotion campaigns preparation – 30%:
- Be in charge of events/promotion campaigns permission, monitor production and manage human resources
3. Events and promotion campaigns execution – 40%:
- Ordinate events/campaigns according to planned timeline and budget
- Ensure high quality, communication effectiveness and quantity of attendants
4. Cost recording and reporting – 10%
- Do reports on events/campaigns assessment
- Ensure timely payment for suppliers
- Record cost entries and report to brands
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Gender: Male, fresh graduate with College/Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields
- Energetic, proactive and passionate
- Ability to travel long distance on business
- Having experience in MC and hosting will be preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
