1. Full-Funnel Strategy & Customer Journey Design:
- Design, implement, and own the end-to-end B2C marketing funnel for Savills' residential properties.
- Map the complete customer journey, identifying key touchpoints and potential drop-off points, and develop strategies to enhance the customer experience (CX).
- Develop and execute sophisticated lead nurturing and re-engagement campaigns to guide prospects from top-of-funnel awareness to bottom-of-funnel decision-making and back into the loyalty loop.
- Think from a business development perspective, identifying new channels and opportunities to generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
2. Content Curation & Lead Generation:
- Conceptualise and oversee the creation of compelling, high-value lead magnets (e.g., market reports, buyer guides, virtual tour events, webinars) that capture the interest of our target audience.
- Curate and manage a content strategy that provides value at every stage of the funnel, from insightful blog posts and social media content to detailed project brochures and email sequences.
- Ensure all content is crafted with a deep understanding of the human element, telling stories that connect with the aspirations and concerns of homebuyers.
3. Team Leadership & Vendor Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Direct and manage relationships with external agencies and technology vendors, holding them accountable for delivering results that align with our strategic goals.
- Masterfully manage stakeholder expectations across sales, senior management, and other departments, communicating strategy, performance, and insights with clarity and confidence.
4. Performance, Agility & Optimisation:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track campaign performance against business objectives.
- Analyse results, derive actionable insights, and confidently pivot strategies when campaigns are not delivering the desired outcomes.
- Utilise CRM and analytics platforms to monitor performance, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring a strong return on investment for all activities.

- Human-Centric Funnel Master: You have a deep, practical understanding of sales funnel psychology and a portfolio demonstrating your ability to create journeys and content that convert.
- Proven Team Conductor: Demonstrable experience leading a team of marketing specialists. You know how to get the best out of experts and unite them towards a common goal.
- Sales Partnership Expert: You have hands-on experience working with sales teams to build and refine lead scoring systems within a CRM.
- Stakeholder Savvy: You are a master communicator, capable of managing expectations and building alignment with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Tech Stack Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern marketing stacks is essential (e.g., Marketing Automation Platforms like HubSpot/Pardot, CRM systems like Salesforce, Google Analytics).
- Agile & Accountable: You are obsessed with results, comfortable with change, and skilled at turning data into decisive action.
- Industry Experience: A background in real estate, high-value B2C products, or financial services is a strong advantage.
- Language: Fluency in both English and Vietnamese is required.
