Role Overview

LEXengine is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing efforts and drive significant growth. This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies, leveraging automation and AI to optimize campaigns, generate leads, and build brand awareness within the legal industry. You will have the opportunity to shape our marketing function, build a high-performing team, and directly contribute to the success of our innovative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Marketing Management: Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., search engines, social media, industry-specific platforms) to achieve ambitious acquisition and engagement targets.
•  Marketing Automation Setup: Design and implement sophisticated marketing automation workflows to nurture leads, personalize communication, and improve conversion rates. This includes leveraging CRM and marketing automation platforms.
•  Automated Content Generation Strategy: Develop and oversee strategies for leveraging AI tools to automate aspects of content creation, ensuring efficiency and scalability while maintaining quality and relevance.
•  Campaign Monitoring and Reporting: Establish robust tracking mechanisms, analyze campaign performance data, and generate insightful reports to monitor KPIs, identify areas for optimization, and communicate results to stakeholders.
•  Webinar Creation and Management: Conceptualize, plan, and execute engaging webinars to educate the legal community about our AI solutions, generate leads, and establish thought leadership.
•  Strategic Partnerships and Events: Identify, cultivate, and manage partnerships with relevant business associations and organizations within the legal sector. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner initiatives to build brand presence and generate opportunities.
•  Development of AI-Enabled Marketing Team: Explore and implement AI-powered tools and strategies to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
•  Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and ensure a cohesive customer journey.
•  Staying Ahead of Trends: Continuously research and stay updated on the latest trends in performance marketing, marketing automation, AI in marketing, and the legal tech industry.
•  Other Relevant Tasks: Undertake any other relevant tasks and responsibilities as required to support the company's marketing and growth objectives.
