[HN/HP] PLM Maintenance Senior

Reporting to the IT Operation Manager, the PLM maintenance senior will work closely in a team to efficiently maintain PLM system, provide level 3 support and coordinate with suppliers in the event of an incident.Therefore, the successful candidate will require a working knowledge in IT system administration support and a demonstrated experience of PLM systems.The initial focus is ensuring system uptime and delivering excellent services to business users.This highly technical hands-on position requires the candidate to work in a team and as an individual, contributing to all aspects of system landscape to succeed in the role.RESPONSIBILITIES:- System Maintenance: Monitor System Services, and ensure that system errors are encountered and solved before affecting business activities- User Support: Provide Level 3 Support for PLM- Incident Analysis: Understand and define the Impact and Severity of the issue and determine the best course of action and appropriate incident escalation.- Enhancements/Automation: Research and implement improvements to optimize system performance and when there are changes in processes and requirements from product development- Deployment Tasks: Validate and deploy completed development packages from the Development team- Training/Documentation: Perform System testing for Release NoteCreate/maintain technical documentation on how to use new developments/enhancements, etc. Training will also need to be provided to PLM Operations Team- Software upgrades/Patching/Security deployment: Upgrade software versions and identify requirements and dependencies for software version upgrades.- System Implementation: Support PLM development team to roll out new PLM applications/implementations: Hardware preparation, software installation and configuration- Data Maintenance: Work with business to analyze potential data discrepancies/migrations, and work on developing tools/features that can support the business with better data maintenance moving forward- Project Work: Assist and coordinate various ongoing projects to ensure delivery is achieved on time: Perform System configuration, support hardware installation and business education.- Cross-functional interactions: Work with key internal and third-party contacts in other IT focus areas to work on cross-functional projects.
