What You Will You DoBe the first point of contact in ONE Tech Stop Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh office for resolving or escalating issues relating to hardware, software, network, and others of computer end users. Working as an IT Engineer at ONE Tech Stop Vietnam, you will be offered a young and dynamic working environment with good benefits, competitive remuneration and also a chance to develop in the software industry.Your main responsibilities will be:
Technical Support:
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for MacBooks, Windows devices, and other IT equipment.
Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via tickets, email, chat, or in person, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.
Support company tools and systems such as printers, conferencing equipment, access control systems, CCTV, mobile devices, and collaboration platforms.
Provide documentation and technical support when required.
Assist users with account setup, password resets, and application access.
Collaborate with regional IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Device and Asset Management:
Manage the setup, deployment, and maintenance of MacBooks, Windows laptops, and other IT equipment following company standards.
Track IT assets, ensuring accurate inventory and device assignment.
Coordinate hardware repairs and warranty claims, working closely with vendors and service providers
Manage software installations, updates, and licenses, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
User Onboarding and Training:
Prepare IT equipment for new hires and ensure smooth onboarding.
Conduct IT orientation sessions, introducing new employees to company systems, security protocols, and best practices.
Assist with offboarding procedures, ensuring proper data backup, device retrieval, and account deactivation.
Other Responsibilities
Other tasks as assigned by the Managers
Planning future improvements, suggesting IT upgrade solutions to Managers.

We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates:

The ideal candidate will have:
A college degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in IT Support or Helpdesk roles
Proficiency in working across both Windows and MacOS environments
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively
Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
A solid understanding of networking, server systems, AV equipment, and common corporate tools and applications
Bonus points if you have experience with:Device management platforms such as Jamf, Cisco Meraki, Google Cloud servicesCitrix NetScaler.
