Check guest Passport/ ID at Casino entrance
Assisting guests to check-in and check- out
Assisting in F&B and other services in the Property
Rooms & Main Hall
Handling guests' problems and complaints
Taking daily head count
Rooms reservation, transportation (Shuttle bus), etc
Rooms admin & control
All necessary daily & periodic reports
Issuing room and food vouchers/ coupon following Marketing Program
Supporting role on all casino events and promotions
Monitoring player's average bets / guest gaming profile
Answering phone calls and checking emails
All other paper works and customers database
All other work that is not handled by other sections
Casino Membership Enrollment/Take care for Member card related

Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English.
Prefer Korean/ Chinese language
Prefer Height: 1.6m & Weight: around 48kg.
