- Supervise daily shifts and ensure service procedures meet standards
- Monitor food, beverage, and service quality
- Handle customer issues and complaints effectively
- Assign shifts and coordinate team members
- Train new staff (service standards, SOPs, upselling)
- Evaluate team performance and support staff development
- Drive upselling to increase revenue
- Control costs and manage inventory/materials
- Track daily/shift revenue
- Report operational updates to the Manager
- Coordinate with other departments (FO, HK, Kitchen)
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B (Supervisor/Leader experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and lead a team
- Good command of spoken English
- Willing to work shifts (rotating shifts, weekends, holidays)
