- Support HR Director in daily observation and monitoring all internal activities and external HR related inquiries or requests
- Support HR Director to develop and implement C&B Policies, Training Plan, Reward & Recognition Programs, Health Care, ...
- Support HR Director in annual salary review, performance evaluation, promotion programs
- Support HR Director in setting up related HR management reports if arising
- Maintain calendars of the HR management team
- In charge of work related to labor relations
- In charge of some administrative tasks of the HR department
- Other related tasks as required by management
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University graduate in related fields
- At least 5-year experience in similar position in foreign companies.
- Good knowledge of labor law and other related regulations
- Experience in working with HR Management system
- Expert at MS Office Excel, HR soft-wares
- Good at English 4 skill
- Employee engagement & employee discipline
- Aggressive, straight forward, good communication
- Understanding about ISO is a plus.
