HR Assistant Manager

I. Talent Acquisition:

• Develop recruitment plan monthly to meet the manpower demands and business request

• Directly manage and execute full hiring process jointly with hiring managers

• Evaluate recruitment results based on fact and figures versus key result indicator

• Propose and report to HRM recruitment budget

• Join with HRM in employer branding activities from strategic and tactic plan and execution.

II. Talent Management:

• Follow up on performance management process. Support departments head and employee in performance review

• Monitor and prepare contracts timely and accurately

• In charge and lead employee relations activities such as organizing events, celebrations or anniversaries

• Take part in employee – employer meeting as request.

• Organise employee survey or open- communication sessions

• Frequently update Government’s laws and regulations regarding HR and business fields, update with new trends and practices.

• Propose and assist HRM in building up HR policy & procedures

• Take part in building HR plan, work-force plan

III. Compensation & Benefits

• Manage attendance record application and prepare monthly attendance check

• Support payroll process including but not limiting to calculating overtime, bonus, following up on document collection.

• Monitor insurance program including mandatory insurance and health-care insurance. Follow up and support employees in claiming insurance benefits.
