RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Actively handle the full cycle of the recruitment process : understand the business needs, analyze job orders, screen, interview, offer, and onboarding new hires;
- Build up and develop a pool of resources through current and expanding channels to meet hiring demands;
- Able to analyze candidate sourcing for all positions and make reports to see the sourcing overview monthly/quarterly…
- Track applicant flow, maintain pipeline of qualified candidates, build and maintain database of candidates
- Support managers and employees on all aspects of employee-related issues, including manager/employee issues, policies & procedures, engagement, corporate communication, etc.
- Office admin management
- Responsible for leading HRBP projects, including Processes, Engagement, HR Insights, and Employer Branding

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in Hospitality recruitment.
- Proactive, result-oriented, coachable, adaptive.
- Effective communication: good listening skill, able to present yourself to candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Fluent in English.
- Fit with startup environment: can navigate in chaos, trial & fail fast, solution driven.
