• Responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, including needs assessment, job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding• Prepare and manage all employment-related documents, including probation and labor contracts• Plan and execute employee assessment processes and annual salary reviews.• Manage timekeeping reports and related Korean reports, including general information and annual leave.• Monitor, implement company’s regulations effectively and develop human resources policies/ procedures when needed• Make payments (birthday vouchers and Vietnamese language courses for Korean experts)• Other HR-related tasks as assigned by managers

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Human resource management, Business Administration, or relevant field• Having 2-5 years of experience in the same position/ human resources management• Good English communication skills; knowledge of Korean is preferred• Good at using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint,…)• Strong in recruitment, searching and networking• Having ability to do multi-tasks, can-do attitude, be proactive and high responsibility• Be able to start working immediately
