- Have a full spectrum and solid experiences of HR functions including recruitment, C&B, compensation, training, employees’ relations, manpower plan and performance management etc.
- Have a hands-on administration function including office administration, cleaning, security, canteen management, service providers management, transportation, nursing, etc. with effective executive ability.
- Advising the Board on HR strategy, personnel structure to ensure the development of the company.
- Consulting, proposing, developing systems to ensure the effective implementation of management functions, HR efficiency and creating a professional, effective working environment.
- Overseeing the coordination and implementation of annual performance reviews as well as ensuring employee job satisfaction.
- Cooperating closely with various departments to make sure the efficiency of the company’s operations.
- Dealing with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 5 years of experience in the HR & admin field of manufacturing company; in which 2 years of experience in management or management assistant level.
- Solid understanding of labor legislation
- Be able to work under pressure, willing to take responsibility
- High problem-solving skills, analytical/ observation skills
- Good command of English (reading/writing/listening/speaking)
- Good planning, time, and project management skills.
- Ability to adapt with changes and deal with complexity in the organization
