1. Recruitment & Onboarding Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Post job openings on various platforms, screen applications, and conduct initial candidate assessments. Coordinate and schedule interviews, working closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements. Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience, ensuring new hires are well-integrated into the company culture. 2. Payroll & Benefits Administration Process monthly payroll accurately and according to local regulations and company policies. Generate and review attendance and payroll reports, ensuring all deductions, bonuses, and benefits are correctly applied. Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, renewals, and communications to staff. 3. Employee Relations & Compliance Develop, update, and communicate company policies and employee handbooks to ensure clarity and compliance. Serve as a primary point of contact for employee queries and resolve issues related to workplace relations. Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies and assist in implementing HR best practices. 4. HR Operations & Administration Maintain up-to-date HR records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and performance reviews. Collaborate with various departments to support HR projects and initiatives.

1. Must-Haves 2-3 years of experience in HR administration or a related role. Intermediate to advanced level of English proficiency. Proven experience in HR administration, recruitment, or related fields. Strong knowledge of payroll processing and employee benefits administration. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 2. Nice-to-Have Experience in implementing HR policies and procedures. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Previous experience working in the fintech industry or a technology company. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. 3. Soft Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Adaptable and quick to learn new systems and processes. Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
