Mô Tả Công Việc
- Onboarding Assistance: Help coordinate new hire orientation, including preparation of onboarding materials and documentation.
- Employee Records: Maintain and update employee files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- HR Communications: Assist with internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, and promoting company culture.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including handling inquiries, scheduling meetings, and managing HR-related paperwork.
- Respond to Inquiries: Provide front-line support for customer inquiries through email, chat, or phone, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Product documentation: Collaborate with the Product team to draft and update documentation for product features, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Other duties as assigned by line manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Undergraduate or graduate students preferred majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Excellent English skills, especially in writing and reading
- Good computer skills (familiar with MS Office & Google applications);
- Having experience in Customer Support is an advantage
- Must be a good team player, capable of working independently as well.
- Patience, attentiveness, and goal-oriented focus.
- High sense of responsibility and enthusiasm;
