Managing company regulation
- Make HR strategy, consult BOD about human resource management
- Performance Management
- Managing annual promotion
- Managing disciplinary committee
- HR KPI management
- Supporting korean HR manager, HR planning
- Supporting Kor managers (if any)
- Liasion of communication with Gov officers
- Liasion of communication with public relationship (including broadcasting station, newspapers, etc.)
- Liasion of communication with Trade Union (including federal/industrial park union)
- Ensure to follow labor regulations and Vietnamese law, Nike regulation
- Consult regulations, policies, rules and propose measures to improve the quality of human resources, attend the evaluation for employees periodically, establish and evaluate KPI for employees.
- Other specific works will be exchanged directly during the interview process.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduated from University with major in: HR management, Law, Economy or related
- Well communication in English or Korean (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing)
- Experience: having at least 5 years of HR experience, at least 3 years at the same level of manager position.
- Having the ability to make plan, organize work, set up KPI, analysis and solve issues
- Having the experience of administrative personnel, practical experience, extensive understanding
- Mastering policies on labor law, social insurance, regulations related to human resource management
- Skills to build processes according to sets of standards
- Good skills of communication, presentation
- Skills of management, supervision and coordination working groups
- Skills of maintaining, creating the relations and solve disagreements, conflicts in the organization
