Job Description:
- Manage the recruitment and candidate selection process.
- Develop promotion and replacement policies.
- Chair and coordinate with relevant departments/units to build and oversee the implementation of personnel management regulations, salary policies, employee benefits; internal regulations, working procedures, and regulations in related fields.
- Compilation of labor hours, overtime, KPIs, and monthly salary calculation.
- Monitoring and consolidating personnel fluctuations, data on personnel.
- Performing tasks related to social insurance, consolidating social insurance payments on a monthly basis.
- Handling procedures for welcoming new employees, internal transfers, position changes, and work schedule modifications during the employment process; employee resignations; conducting evaluations upon the expiration of probationary periods, signing labor contracts, renewing labor contracts; managing personnel files.
- Act as a bridge between leadership and employees, helping to address requests, complaints, or other issues.
- Build a positive work environment.
- Monitor and manage the employee evaluation and reward system.
- Report to the management and support decision-making processes through personnel data.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws in human resource management activities.
- Perform other tasks as directed by superiors.

Job Requirements:
- English communication skills.
- University degree or higher in human resources management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a comprehensive HR Specialist position.
- Regularly update knowledge of Business Law, Labor Law, and related laws.
- Good expertise in human resource management, psychology, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of independence, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and systematic thinking.
- Workplace: 149K Le Duan, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi.
- Employee management: 80 employees/2 branches.
