Talent Acquisition:
Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract mass recruitment functions in Vietnam.
Employer branding strategies to support recruitment
Manage talent acquisition activities and talent management activities (manage-out, promotion/demotion, discipline)
Handling end-to-end recruitment process (if the business require)
Set recruitment timelines and budgets
Understand hiring needs from department heads or hiring managers.
Learning & Organization Development:
Act as the main point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
Managing the employee engagement activities
Collaboration with APAC, Indian team to implement internal communication and enhance employer brand value proposition
Develop the organization chart and job competencies to support business plan
Identify training needs and conduct training activities, orientation
Hold town hall or monthly communication activities
Develop job descriptions (JDs) outlining roles, responsibilities, and required skills.Total rewards:Managing the C&B flow to ensure basic payroll, PIT, Tax activities
Monitor market salary and benchmark for important position
Build up rewards system to support business
Oversee the performance review process, providing support and feedback to employees and managers.
Develop performance improvement plans and strategies to maximize employee productivity.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and report HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment progress, and employee satisfaction.
Use data insights to inform HR strategies and business decisions.
Compliance and Labor Laws:
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Vietnam’s labor laws and regulations.
Keep abreast of legal updates and implement necessary changes.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Vietnamese.
Proficiency in HR software and tools.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
