- Responsible for paying salaries and bonuses in the labor cost management plan
- Operate / improve welfare system and service employees
- Report on labor cost (by company and business) / Process/ Achievement rate
- Improvement of payment process, error rate / process / achievement rate
- Satisfaction with welfare system improvement/ Process/ achievement rate
- In charge of operating and improving the welfare benefit system such as year-end settlement, 4 major insurance, medical expenses, school expenses, and housing loan system.
- Collecting time and overtime by department and paying work
- Review / improve the compensation system as a whole and take charge of supporting tasks when discussing salary adjustments with the labor-management council.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- More than 1 year experience in human resources management in Compensation and benefits, Social insurance, time attendance
- Basic English skills
- Good in Microsoft Word and Excel
- 8-month labor contracts
- Honest, responsibility, carefulness
