About the RoleAs the Compensation and Benefits HR Officer, you’ll play a key role in managing payroll, insurance, and HR administrative procedures while contributing to the maintenance of accurate databases and systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly skilled HR team and gain invaluable experience. Key Responsibilities• Calculate and process payroll accurately and on time.• Handle personal income tax (PIT) procedures, including code registration and annual finalization support.• Manage social insurance, health insurance, and employee healthcare processes.• Support HR administrative functions, including labor contracts, resignation procedures, and employee grievances.• Maintain staff databases and ensure compliance with HR policies.Contract Type: Fixed-term (Maternity Cover), starting from February 2025 Until September 2025.Ready to make a difference? • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources management, Business Administration/ Accounting/ Law or other related discipline.• At least 3 year’s relevant experience• Fluent written and spoken English• Knowledgeable in labour law and relevant legal documents.• Able to communicate well with all levels of people; good writing skills• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of staff and organization records• Detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
