At GREENFEED, our HR team is focused on helping to drive business growth through partnering our business leaders, line managers and people to unlock capacity, build our capabilities and foster a culture that is human, motivating, purposeful and accountable.
Support and accompany HR Manager and BU stakeholders in implementing HR activities at BU to ensure effective implementation throughout. Directly coordinate the execution of tasks within the assigned scope according to the plan.
1.Implement workforce strategy and organisation development:
- Participate to analyses data of HC planning (FTEs), employee cost
- Participate in the implementation of organizational structure change; redesign/ update BU org chart based on BU plans and activities
2. Implement all HR practices and operations in respective BU:
- Take charge of recruitment (ensure recruitment requisitions are well justified and properly approved, review JD, search for candidates, CV screening, to conduct interviews and tests, discuss with hiring managers in selecting most suitable candidates and drive recruitment process)
- Participate in external HR events to increase access to potential recruits and professional contacts
- Organize onboarding and orientation programs as per GREENFEED GROUP and Company guidelines.
- Provide insight to improve internal process, tools, techniques
-Identify capability and performance gaps from data analysis on learning needs
- Supports the delivery, development and communications of learning programmes
- Review monthly payroll; implement all benefits & compensation actions upon defined plan and policies
- Propose improvement to reward plan based on employee's and business' feedback
3. ER/EE (Employee relations - Employee Engagement)
- Communicate with employees about employee relations policies and procedures, including updates and implications
- Support resolution of simple issues
- Keep abreast of changes in local labour laws and practices and proactively manage labor/employee relations that are consistent with local requirements
- Participate to implement employee engagement activities to motivate employees to deliver superior performance in fulfilling organisational requirements
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- A minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
