- Set up, manage and carry out recruitment and training process.
- Make recruitment plan for all of positions as company’s requirements.
- Manage staff information, follow up contract period, resignation.
- Update newcomer information & salary and manage employee’s profile.
- Prepare and follow up internal reports, government reports and Corporation reports.
- Support all activities related to HR&AD department.
- Perform other related duties when required.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University graduation
- Good command of English (able to use 4 skills of English)
- Having Japanese language is a plus
- Be responsible, active, creative, open minded, friendly
- Proficient computer skills; good at excel and MS words, PP
