JOB DESCRIPTION/MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆCREQUIREMENTS/YÊU CẦU1.1. Recruitment:• Develop a recruitment plan.• Receive recruitment requests from departments. Working with departments to understand the requirements for each position, completing the Job description. Post job, search candidates, screen CV & arrange interview. Update the recruitment procedure when required.1.2 TrainingMonitor and implement training according to the approved training plan to all departments in the company & annual training needs assessment. Planning and budgeting annual training. Archive and update the training information of employees throughout the company. Participate in preparing and directly company orientation training, other company communicating trainings.• Organizing and implementing in-house training programs.1.3 Management of probation contracts, labor contracts.To monitor the probation, labor contract renewal processes.1.4. Manage and update employee records. Update, archive of procedures, and regulations followed ISO standards (ISO 9001:2015).1.5. Perform other tasks as assigned by HR-AD Manager.
