JOB SUMMARY/ TÓM TẮT CÔNG VIỆC:
Assist the HRM to have the successful implementation of training and development of hosts by preparation of training materials and administrative work, maintaining training records, registration of hosts for training and assisting in other areas of training as per being assigned.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/ NHIỆM VỤ VÀ TRÁCH NHIỆM
Responsibilities and duties for this position shall include, but not be limited to, the following areas and activities.
• Arrange, maintain and update a fulfilling and administration system including hard copy and electronic filing system of personal records, personal files of all staff, HODs, managers and expatriates in a confidential and safe way as guided and required by the HR Manager.
• Maintain a systematic filing for all incoming and outgoing documents
• Maintain and file property hotel policy and procedure, memo, proposal, etc. into folders and filing system.
• Ensure that the office and all personnel areas and facilities are kept clean and tidy.
• Ensure proper handling, use and maintenance of all office equipments and supplies.
• Prepare all personnel reports and correspondence as required by HR Manager
• Maintain effective employee relations and convey any information relating to employee status to HR Manager
• Update and advise management on employment and related legislation requirements and ensure the compliance.
• Be responsible to HR Manager for supervising and assigning tasks to Personnel Officer as follows:
Employment of all casual labours, daily workers and new staff in accordance with hotel procedures (on job training, probation, official recruitment)
Monthly time sheet for all officially recruited staff & monthly payment for casual labours, daily workers.
Labour contracts for all staff, HODs, managers and expatriates. Control the contract term, renew or extend employment contract
Staff movement such as for confirmation, promotion, departmental transfer, etc. Maintain proper record of all staff movements.
Termination process e.g. Resignation letter, balance of annual leave, Deduction, Reference letter, close Social insurance contribution, severance allowance, Termination decision.
All matters relating to social insurance: monthly report, registration for new staff and closing for leavers, benefits for Sick leaves, Maternity leaves, etc. according to the law of Social Insurance & Health Insurance.
All kinds reports of HR & to local authorities, for example monthly report to Social Insurance, newly hired registration report to Labor department, quarterly report to Policemen of Public Security & in Order, etc.
• Search and provide sources of qualified human resources, candidates for HR Manager to consider for interview and recruitment.
• Conduct periodical proper training to Personnel Officer, which is submitted to HR Manager for getting approval in advance.
• Update all hotel P & P as HR Manager required.
• Asst. HR Manager in all manning surveys and Annual Manning Budget.
• Deal with expatriate work permit, visa extension and other immigration problems.
• Compile the result of periodical Performance Appraisal Program and assist HR Manager in an advisory capacity to hotel department heads on the process.
• Control and give necessary guidance on HR forms utilization.
• Sort and answer incoming correspondences as directed by HR Manager.
• Answer incoming calls in the absence of individual personnel staff, re direct, or take a message.
• Translate all correspondence and other written communication as required.
• Closely monitor the quality of services of Staff Clinic. Follow up and implement hotel hygiene and safety policy and procedure.
• Administer all the insurance payment for sick, accident treatment, hospitalization.
• Counsel HR Manager as needed in areas such as personal healthy, hygienic standards and risk of spreading seasonal epidemic, danger of food poisoning, etc.
• Compile the hotel’s medicine budget and control expenditure on a monthly basis.
• Performs related duties and special projects as assigned

BA Degree
Experienced on HR field & related.
Hospitality experience
English both written and speaking
