Plays an essential role in driving the delivery of HR initiatives and programs within designated business unit(s) or functions, while always ensuring they align with a company's business objectives. Effectively communicate with managers and staff on HR matters; supports business leaders in dealing with complex casework, talent management, conflict management, compensation and employee relations issues.
- Provides HR consultation and support at designated business unit(s), Group functions and Subs to ensure the effective implementation HR initiatives.
- Collaborate with other HR teams to provide solutions for business unit(s), Group functions and Subs

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree of Human Resources Management / Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 04 years as similar position, working in MNC is a plus.
- Proficiency in English.

- Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles HR including employment law and compliance requirement
