Act as the administration of HRIS
- Serve as a representative and liaison between HR, IT, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HR database management.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HR team members and end users.
- Manage permissions, access, personalization, and settings for HR users.
- Act as the initial escalation point for data corrections that are required in the HR database; escalate further if necessary and execute approved corrections.
- Audit data entry on a regular basis to review data accuracy and compliance.
- Monitors changes in the business environment and legislation and regulatory standards which may affect HR policies and procedures, to ensure continued compliance.
Assist in the preparation of HR policies, processes, and procedures
- Support in the development of a wide variety of written materials (e. g. forms, procedures, reports, etc.)
- Take part in translations and submission of HR policies and procedures for approval.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, HR Management, or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in database management, and data processing; Experience in managing Human Resources policies/procedures and HR systems is strongly preferred
- Have good knowledge and use of HR systems
- Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills
- Proficiency in English
