• Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Collaborate with department heads to identify long-term & short-term staffing need, build hiring plan accordingly.• Manage labor supply vendors to fulfill production demand, control budget & monthly cost, enhance vendor quality service as well as ensure compliance.• Administer time attendance system, ensure accurate tracking and reporting of employee hours, leaves, and schedules. Actively raise any potential risk/concern related to working time compliance. Consult people manage proposal & solution for any conflict if any.• Maintain and update comprehensive employee records and profiles, ensure data integrity and confidentiality.• Serve as a key advisor to employees, People Manager providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, and other services to enhance their overall experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).• Experience in mass recruitment. At least 2 years in HR partnering role at plant. • Deep understanding of labor laws and related regulation. • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills • Good communication & presentation skills• A passion for developing self and others
