Working from 08:00 - 16:45 from Monday to Saturday (including 02 Smart online working days per month)
Main responsibilities:
• Create the safety rules and implement them over the plant
• In charge of the work environment keeping and the occupation health of the operators
• Follow the EHS rules and the inspection of relative bureau
• Analysis of HSE impacts
• Improve HSE conditions
• Ensure law compliance of plant and for external service suppliers
• Maintain the standard as per applicable certification and law.
• Identification and elimination of Unsafe Act (UA), Unsafe Conditions (UC) and Near Misses (NM) in the plant
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Have 2-3 years experience of HSE responsible in the manufacturing & multi-national companies
- Mastery of HSE rules and regulations, law, standards
- Mastery of ISO 1400:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 regular dentations.
- Good technical knowledge (electric, chemical, mechanic…), Basic analytical skills, good communication and training skill.
- Be the trainer for HSE training (new comer, contractor…)
- Leadership and problems solving attitude, pro-active with actions.
- Have experience about safety patrol, safety tour, recording UC, UA, Safety managing at workplace, contractor’s safety….
- Good at HSE reporting (internal & external), managing HSE administration jobs (PPE management, purchasing HSE equipment, service, work with HSE suppliers to implement HSE activity (health check, waste disposal, first aid service…)
- Support HSE leader to implement HSE project
- Good at English 4 skills & Microsoft Offices
