Shinhan DS Vietnam is established to be in charge of the ICT synergy of Shinhan Financial Group in Southeast Asia.
SDSer's top priority is the clients' business growth acceleration by strengthening their ICT systems.
Main duties:
• Keep day-to-day administrative and human resources working smoothly and efficiently according to business plan, labor law and regulations.
• Support managers to provide guidance, information, and related data for ensuring accuracy and quality of HR and Administrative procedure
Job details:
• In charge of executing general HR processes: on-boarding, termination, contract & document management, etc; making regular HR reports.
• Compensation & Benefit: assist HRM to collect data for monthly salary calculation (annual leaves, allowances, employee movement), keep employees information updated with Social Insurance & Tax office.
• Engage in & co-organize company events, activities, meetings.
• Training & Education: prepare & conduct training plan as requested from BOD.
• Manage internal & external communication: make announcements, policies, decisions; manage company's website and social media.
• Work with expats for issuance of VISA, Work Permit, Residence card, consular legalization.
• General admin: welcome guests, office management, bookings, request payment, working environment.
• Coordinate with BOD and other departments.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Appropriate degree qualifications in Business/ Human Resources Management
• At least 2 years job experience as a HR Specialist, working experience in IT field is preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization
• Good conceptual and analytical competences, goal-oriented, possessing a desire to work for a fast-paced, results-based company
• Very good command of MS Office application
• Fluent in Korean or English (working experience in a similar role within a Korean company is preferred)
