YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
• Manage the recruitment process for rank-and-file positions, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and coordination with department heads.
• Register work permit and visa/residence card for new expatriates.
• Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary documentation and access.
2. Payroll & Time Attendance Management
• Develop and maintain current time attendance processing procedures.
• Perform time attendance processing and month-end closing of payroll.
• Maintain control over actual payroll performance and compare actual payroll with forecasts/budgets, reporting findings to Department Heads.
• Ensure overtime claims are supported by proper approval and authorization.
• Prepare input for payroll run including hours worked, terminations, adjustments, annual, sick, and recreation leave.
• Attend to employee enquiries in relation to pay issues and provide guidance.
• Prepare manual payment for terminations.
• Verify leave entitlement for all leave requests prior to approval.
• Train backup payroll officer in all manpower procedures and responsibilities.
3. Manpower Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare monthly/yearly internal manpower analysis report.
• Make monthly declaration of social insurance to local personnel insurance bureau.
• Maintain relationships with labor offices to ensure rates of pay are correct and current.
• Maintain current copies of labor agreements (Awards) for all positions.
4. Employee Information Management
• Key in, keep up to date, and manage all employees’ information in the HRM software.
• Perform all necessary documents for employees' transactions internal and external to the related authorities.
• Coordinates with other departments as necessary to ensure smooth HR operations.
5. Training & Development
• Conduct training to staff on time sheet completion and other payroll-related information.
• Ensure staff are trained on relevant HR procedures to maintain efficiency in payroll and time attendance management.
6. Compliance & Safety
• Maintain confidentiality at all times and ensure security of information related to payroll and employee data.
• Be responsible for keeping the property safe and secure, and participate in hotel activities related to Fire Life Safety procedures.
• Perform any other duties which may be assigned by management from time to time.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Diploma in Human Resources, Training or Business Administration
• 1 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• Knowledge of Local Labour and Employment Regulations.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Good writing skills.
