Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- High school diploma or GED with at least 3 years of experience in human resources or related fields.
- OR a 2-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major with 1 year of experience.
Experience:
- Proven track record in HR management, preferably in hospitality or luxury service industries.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and employee relations.
- Experience in recruitment, training, and benefits administration.
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual (Vietnamese and English) preferred.
