I. OBJECTIVES: • Develop and implement HR strategies to support the company’s business goals. • Ensure effective management and development of human resources. • Drive revenue through sales by developing and implementing training and development programs for sales staff.II. MAIN DUTIES: 1. Recruitment and Training: o Develop annual recruitment plans to ensure sufficient and high-quality sales staff. o Organize training sessions and workshops for sales staff to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge. o Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as necessary. 2. KPI Development: o Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales staff performance. o Ensure KPIs are aligned with the company’s business goals. o Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales staff based on KPIs. 3. Human Resources Management: o Manage employee records and ensure accuracy. o Ensure compliance with labor regulations and social insurance policies. o Manage and resolve HR-related issues. 4. Revenue Generation: o Drive revenue by establishing KPIs that align business results with personal income. o Work closely with the sales team to define key performance indicators that have a direct influence on revenue growth. o Develop a flexible and transparent compensation policy that ensures employees clearly see the link between their work performance and personal income. o Design a KPI system to measure the performance of sales staff, tailored to each position, ensuring a balance between positive pressure and encouragement of proactiveness and creativity at work. o Monitor and evaluate regularly, making timely adjustments to maintain both effectiveness and fairness in application. o By linking KPIs with income, HR contributes to creating a healthy competitive work environment, driving individual development, while directly contributing to the company's growth objectives. 5. Analysis and Reporting: o Analyze sales data and the performance of sales staff. o Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports on sales performance and recommend solutions for improvement.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in HR management.• Degrees in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.• Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.• Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.• Experience in developing and implementing KPIs.• Experience in retail distribution industry.• Proficiency in English with four skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).IV.
