1. General Administration:
- Supervise the day-to-day administrative operations of the resort, including managing office supplies and facilities.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.
- Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage in all areas of resort operation.
- Coordinate staff payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
- Oversee the planning and execution of resort activities, ensuring they meet guest satisfaction and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the activities team to organize daily, weekly, and seasonal recreational events for guests.
- Ensure the proper training and preparedness of activity staff to deliver high-quality guest experiences.
- Monitor guest feedback on activities and suggest improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Promote employee welfare and morale by organizing team-building activities, staff events, and celebrations.
- Coordinate staff training programs to improve skills and customer service excellence.
- Address employee concerns and ensure a positive work environment.
- Prepare regular reports on HR activities, staffing levels, and any issues affecting resort operations.
- Maintain up-to-date records of employee attendance, leaves, and disciplinary actions.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets related to HR and activity planning.

2. Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in HR or administration, preferably in the hospitality or resort industry.
